You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s). After this period, we will be unable to process your request. To return your order online, here are the conditions and steps to follow:

- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Returns are made via Mondial Relay
1. Packaging
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original HVA CO. packaging to give it a second life, or in suitable packaging (capable of properly protecting the returned products during transport) + don't forget
to attach the previously completed return form.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and accompanied by its order number.
2. Return Platform
1. Go to the form at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your information, we will respond in less than 24 hours with your prepaid return label.
Please note: This prepaid label will be charged at €5 and deducted from your order refund.
3. Reimbursement
Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service, we will process the refund directly to the bank account used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs
items included in your initial order are not eligible for a refund.
Once the product refund has been processed, the funds will appear in your bank account in approximately 3 days.
